I was just 5 or 6 in the mid 1950s when I first experienced Lake Lawn Lodge with my parents and it was a magical place. We were fortunate to spend several weekends a year there with comfy rooms, a giant (to a 5 year old) indoor pool, in a distinctive American Indian/Old West theme and, in the days before... More

Beautifully renovated by a new ownership group in 2012, Lake Lawn provided us a genuinely peaceful retreat for a three-day getaway. We especially enjoyed reading in the rocking chairs on our private balcony overlooking a large lawn with tall oaks, strolling along the paved paths edging the lakefront, and savoring the general calm of a fall weekend. The area had... More

My husband and I went to lake lawn for a 2 day getaway sans children. The location was beautiful, right on the lake. Only thing that would have been nice is if it was in walking distance of a downtown area . The property itself was very well maintained. The rooms were average but sufficient, we were on the bottom... More

I opted to stay at Lake Lawn Resort in Delevan for a short, overnight business trip to a town that was near the resort. I was expecting it to be an old-style resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been well maintained and updated. I stayed in a Lakewood Coastal room - which I recommend if you prefer more... More

This Wisconsin resort is situated in a beautiful location, right on Lake Delavan. We stayed for one night only while attending a Saturday evening wedding. Both check-in and check-out were uneventful (this was off-season) and we were able to get into the room before the official 4:00 PM check-in time. A $12 resort fee is added to the room price... We stayed in a loft room facing the pool and the lake. We got this on a Groupon Deal and knew nothing about the place except that it was in the area we wanted to stay. It was roomy with two twin beds in the loft and two queens on the first level. It had a beautiful Kohler bathroom with... More

had a really nice stay here for a weekend. Little pricey but it is a beautiful spot, great place to relax or play golf. Seafood buffet on Friday at the Frontier is great and the staff was really friendly. Some areas need a little updating but overall it is clean and a great little vacation spot.

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Our room had a patio that looked out to the lake. Very serene and peaceful. Stayed only one night and did not really use any of the resort activities. Don't know the cost of any of the activities but would bet they were high. Many better and less expensive restaurants in the... More

I have the fondest of memories of this place from when I was a little kid, running on the expansive lawn, feeding ducks right off the pier, the wonderful and cozy rooms. 35 years later......Lake Lawn, you did not disappoint!!! Our room felt like "glamping", that is, a very stylish, glam camp for adults, with beautifully appointed linens, plaid comforter,... More

My husband and I spent three nights at the Lake Lawn. It was the week of Labor Day, and there were very few people staying there at that time. We stayed in Boulder Lodge. We technically had a "courtyard view", but from our balcony we could also see the lake. We had a Lodge king room, which was quite nice.... More
