We lucked into a sweetheart deal -- $79 a night throughout June! Wow. It was great. The hotel is comfortable, if not luxurious, and the price was unbeatable. The hotel's restaurant, The Café Chanson, is a serious gourmet destination. The Cafe's bartender, Kristofer, was helpful and charming. The owner regaled us with much-practiced poetry. Ignore him and enjoy yourself.

Room was great, breakfast was fantastic. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and were very impressed. The front desk was helpful when needed, but has weird hours, only open from 7-3:00. Makes it hard to make an evening reservation, and you have to check in at the restaurant if you check in after 3 and they were not... More

The rooms are wonderfully spacious, just perfect for staying with our 18 month old son in the pack and play. It is just too bad that the nice room can't compensate for the dismal service. The morning person was late to open the room for breakfast and the food seemed old (even my son wouldn't eat the stale cheerio-type cereal).... More

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by traveling to De Pere this past weekend, and were overwhelmed by the courteous staff, wonderful food, and stunning views. We have stayed at several other Harp and Eagle properties, and are always pleased with the locations, and attention to detail they provide. We will definitely return!!

Did not know where to stay in Green Bay and a friend had recommended Chateau De Pere. Pictures from the website that I viewed I thought the place looked dated.I was pleasantly surprised to find that not true the rooms were large the bathroom was the size of a dance floor and the bed was heavenly did not want to... We just stayed at the Chateau for one night....we were both "wowed" when we saw the size of the suite #308. It is a huge corner suite right over the Fox River. It is really cold here in Northern Wisconsin, so it took about 40 minutes for the room to warm up and there is no heat in the big... More

This hotel is very nice...our room was great with fireplace and whirlpool tub. The restaurant has very good food at very reasonable prices. Clean and quaint, great place for a weekend getaway! We definitely look forward to staying again on our next visit to the area. Jeff O. 11/13

I stayed at this hotel over Labor Day weekend and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and courteous, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The boutique style hotel has world class amenities with small town charm. The French themed room accents were a nice touch. I live in the area, and have... More

Over the summer month of August, my girlfriend and I planned a trip to Chateau De Pere. Upon arriving at the beautiful exterior positioned beautifully along the lake, we decided to step into the bar for a drink. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and directed us to the bar. Upon walking through the beautifully lit restaurant and being... More

We stayed in 302 for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. The view of the river was amazing. We Had Dinner at Café Chanson, the Ribeye was cooked to perfection as was the Beef Bourguignon. The Chef even stopped by our table and recommended dessert! The Breakfast in the morning was a nice extra touch. Loved the Blueberry... More
