We stay at the Super 8 Columbus to be able to visit family there. We had reserved a king room for last weekend, only to find upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a whirlpool room with no extra charge. The manager has worked out a discount plan for us also because we visit so frequently!

Everyone at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy and my questions were answered professionally. The room was surprisingly large. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. Its pretty exceptional for being a Super 8 - it keeps the competitive rate but quality of the building, room, and free breakfast service is more on the level of a HI Express or a Hampton Inn. Will be back again.
