We only stayed for one night (The coldest of the summer) but loved it here. It was very quiet and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was very friendly. When we checked in, the manager (owner?) noticed we were going to be in a tent, and due to the overnight cold, switched our campsite so we were close to the... More

Camp Holiday is a large campground with lots of seasonal units. Most of the sites are grassy, they are pretty flat and are shaded. There isn't much privacy from one spot to another but it's not a "packed in" feeling either. Facilities are well maintained and clean. There is a central building with camp store, game and snack bar areas.... More

My wife, and I have stayed at Camp Holiday twice, we live a short distance (by traveling standards) of 200 miles away, and wish we could spend more then the two(2) times we have. After reading the complaints about the operations of the campgrounds, I can tell the complainers this....PLEASE! don't come back. You're the type of people (obviously) that... More

My husband and I recently took a group trip out to Boulder Junction to stay with his friend who is a seasonal camper. The campground is very clean and well-kept and I was ecstatic about the well-maintained bath houses with laundry facilities. The bathrooms were never filthy, even when the camp grounds were crowded for the 4th of July. The... More

I have a really hard time understanding the complaints posted by Brass Chick. We are not seasonal campers at Camp Holiday, but would love to be if our schedules allowed the time. We discovered Camp Holiday a number of years ago and haven't considered going anywhere else since. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We have been amazed at how quiet... More

I would have to disagree with the poster who stated Camp Holiday went downhill. I am a seasonal camper at Camp Holiday. If this individual would have contacted the owners about their problems it would have been handled immediatly. When I have had issues, I went to the owners and it was handled right away. The owners do go around... More

Every morning just about 8AM you hear the owner's tractor start up. Listening to a tractor NON STOP for 7 days, everyday all throughout the day was ridiculous! Why doesn't he do all these huge projects (driving huge trucks on the beach coming close to campers AND KIDS, pulling trees, etc. in April when the camp is closed. The cheap... More

I am a seasonal camper at Camp Holiday. This place is the best. One reason I love it is that it is very family friendly. After 10 oclock you can almost hear a pin drop. No loud parties!!! There is a large beach, a game and rec center with the best ice cream. The campground is clean and the owners... More

We have just returned from a camping trip in Boulder Junction, Wi at Camp Holiday. The campground was exceptionally nice. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. The sites are large, grassy for the most part and very well kept ....as is the entire campground. Every site has free wireless internet and some of them have cable tv hookups. There are... More
