Hotel is dated has not been redone in 15 years. Dirty hairs everywear. found a condom wrapper in window seal. Heatel howled all night. Staff couldn't cared less. Will never stay here again. Marriott should be disgraced. more

My wife and I rented a jacuzzi suite for about $225. The jacuzzi was really just a whirlpool tub in the bathroom and the suite was just a plain hotel room. I stayed in a jacuzzi suite at another Fairfield for half the price and it was in the living quarters, not the toilet room. I filled out a comment... more

We stayed at this location because it fit in with our cross country journey. The hotel was good and we have no complaints. Convenient, comfortable, clean and good value is what we were looking for and this hotel was all that. more

This was stop off from a cross country trip and we came in late with no reservation. My wife and I got a 2 Queen room. The front desk staff was friendly and we were able to check us in quickly. The room had one big problem; the AC was not working. The front desk was able to move us... more

We stayed at the hotel the weekend of my daughter's wedding. In fact, several of the wedding guests, including my daughter stayed there the night before and night of the wedding. I heard no complaints from anyone. We did receive a special rate because she ordered a block of rooms. The hotel allowed her and her now husband to use... more

The hotel is conveniently located near the Interstate, and is close to several fast food and casual family restaurants. The building exterior is new-looking and the parking lot is well-lit. We arrived about midnight and found that we had received the last remaining room. When we got to our room, everything looked fine at first glance. Then we started noticing... more

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but this particular occasion was the worst. I frequently travel for my job and have had many bad experiences but this hotel is one of the worst. Very dirty rooms/bathrooms, found hairs and other things in the bathroom and inside the bed. I dont think that anyone stayed in... more

Management response from
FFI&Smanager, General Manager

In response to the guest who warned everyone to stay away. I am the General Manager of the hotel and I do not recall this situation at all. If the guest who posted this message sees this, I would appreciate a phone call so that this issue can be resolved. Obviously this is not the type of service that we...

We've stayed here three times visiting relatives. It's nothing special but we've been happy with it each time. Rooms are comfortable and were clean. Facilities (pool, exercise room, breakfast area) are all there, adequate but small for the number of rooms. The property is convenient to the Interstate and not too far from the downtown area if you're visiting Beloit... more
