I have stayed at this Best Western Motel many times since 1998. Staff is friendly and helpful on the telephone and at the desk. If I am not satisfied with the room, they try to fix my complain right away or move me to another room. I will stay here again. more

I have stayed here before to visit family and everytime I regret it. The hotel staff is not friendly. The new rooms smell like chlorine from the indoor pool. The older rooms have paper thin walls and really need to be remodeled. This is not quite place. more

I am very disapointed with the service I recieved at the time of booking my reservation with this hotel. The reservationist Pat: was extremely rude. I have never experienced this ever in all my traveling years. Unfortuanatly I am traveling with a group and must stay at this hotel. However it will be the last. more
