Pine haven is a calm restful property sitting on the shore of a calm pond. The hosts could not have been more accommodating, opening there home to two couples meeting half way between Minneapolis and Chicago. Spotless rooms fully updated property with peaceful gathering areas inside and out. Breakfast was offered each of the two morning with explanation of local... More

Enjoyed our time here. The cabin in which we stayed was very clean and the hosts were incredibly gracious and well-informed. Loved having a kitchen and being able to make and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The establishment is also well-located, so it was easy to get around to various attractions without having to battle traffic. There were two things that... More

After planning our annual kayak trip for family and friends, I checked prices for both WI Dells and Portage. I remembered that we had a wonderful stay at Pinehaven a year and a half ago when we stayed in March and got to snowshoe their land along the Baraboo River. The prices of hotels in this area are higher than... More

Visiting my daughter and she recommended Pinehaven based on friends' experiences. Two Belgian draft horses welcomed us to this lovely setting on a private pond. Quiet, yet close to so much to do in Baraboo, the Dells, Spring Green, etc. There's a nice lounge area, a pretty little gazebo, a path around the lake. And then there are the breakfasts.... More

On my first visit to Wisconsin I had to see the Circus World in Baraboo, being the circus fan that I am. I had no idea that I would be daydreaming not about joining the circus but returning to Pinehaven B&B. Located on a family farm about 3 miles from the town of Baraboo Pam and Dave offer an idealic... Pinehaven is a perfect place to stay when enjoying all that the Baraboo area has to offer. We were traveling with two of our children, and Pam and Dave were very welcoming and hospitable to all of us. It's a gorgeous hideaway with a small lake (we enjoyed going out on the rowboat) and impeccable gardens, with lots of porch... More

Awsome place and service from Pam and Dave. Quiet place, room good condition, beautiful surroundings, breakfast setup and quality as in high-scale restaurant (not sure if eat it or take a picture), view from the living room and balkony (should you stay in and drink Keurig coffee on a rainy day) magnificent. Pam and Dave two of the nicest people... More

We stayed in the cabin this weekend so I could run the Dances with Dirt Half Marathon. I asked innkeeper Pam directions to the start of the race, but instead of giving me directions, she took me to the start line on Saturday morning! This is hospitality beyond hospitality! This was our second stay here and it has been wonderful... More

We stayed here for two nights in town for a swimming race. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were immaculate, and Pam and Dave were excellent hosts---and breakfast was awesome! It was our first time in the area, and they are just outside of town...nice and tranquil...

We had a wonderful weekend here in the delightful cottage for our Sisters' Weekend. Four of us stayed quite comfortably in the very comfortable cottage. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft that you access by a ladder. Everything is incredibly clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils/appliances/dishes you need. I loved the porch swing... More
