This is the third time we have stayed at Wawanissee Point. Every time has been amazing. The rooms are extremely comfortable, breakfasts are superb and filling, and the environment is very relaxing. Dave and Trudy are wonderful hosts; they say that all of their guests are friends they have never met before. If you are looking for a place to... More

There's really nothing I can say that hasn't been said already. The INN is absolutely the best we could have picked. Quiet, relaxing, the cleanest I've ever seen any hotel room, proximity to Devil's Head mountain is insane (5 min drive) and the view is breathtaking. Trudy's breakfast's are delicious and her welcoming attitude is truly a gratifying experience. We... More

We selected this B & B based on the location, amenities and others' reviews and we're very glad we did. We can only echo what has already been stated; the decor is elegant, classy and the view is beautiful. We appreciated the craftsmanship of the woodwork throughout the Inn. (It also doesn't have a speck of dust anywhere-wow!) Trudy and... More

What a heart warming review. Taking the time to share your experience with us and the world means soooooooooo much to us. Just like the mesmerizing view here at the bluff, we never take these attaboys for granted. They are special just like the guests who stay at Wawanissee Point. And speaking of special, you might want to bookmark the... More

We had a great first visit to the Inn at Wawanissee Point! The wood décor, wall art and furniture are very impressive. The view, as you enter the house, takes your breath away! With a fabulous view from the room (TeePee Room), you can not believe the Wisconsin beauty! Dave and Trudy have thought of every little detail to make... More

We had always wanted to visit Devil's Lake and splurged on this B&B. In every way, it was worth it. The grounds are lovely, from the walking paths cut into the forest, to the landscaping and gardens. We made good use of our balcony (TeePee Room) with the spectacular view of Lake Wisconsin. And the breakfasts are nothing short of... More

This Inn really deserves 6 stars, but Tripadvisor does not allow for that. So why is the Inn fabulous? Natural beauty outdoors, the view, the architectural beauty of the building, the hand made wood furniture and paneling - by old world craftsman (the family members and friends of the owners), the beautiful field stone used throughout the building - including... We spent 3 nights here in June to do some hiking in Devil's Lake State Park. What a wonderful house and what wonderful hosts. Trudy and Dave couldn't have been more friendly. The daily happy hour hosted by Dave was always entertaining. Great location with a view and close proximity to the state park and Baraboo. The breakfast were delicious!!!

We stayed here last fall and loved it so much, we were eager to return. This time we stayed in the Tepee room, which is smaller than the lovely Bordeaux we had last time, but it has a private balcony looking out on that absolutely magnificent view. I simply cannot praise this inn highly enough. It is a beautiful place... More

This is a unique place, reminiscent of New Zealand! The Inn is in a beautiful location, with views of the Wisconsin river and surrounding hills. The Inn has only four rooms, each one is beautifully decorated. The Inn is the home to Trudy and Dave, who served us wine, cheese and snacks in the evening, and great breakfasts in the morning.... We celebrated a 60th surprise birthday here with friends. This is truly an exceptional place. The Inn is beautifully situated on top of a bluff overlooking Parfi,s Glen and Lake Wisconsin. Every detail in every room is perfectly crafted. The Inn keepers are warm, welcoming and ensure the comfort of the guests. The breakfast is delicious. The grounds have trails... More
