My husband and I have stayed here a few times and intend to keep returning. The rooms are very cozy, they have a home feel. It's an extremely relaxing motel, there is a bon fire in the back, many grills around for BBQing and many areas to lounge outside and relax in peace. It's such a great, beautiful place to... More

If you're looking for spacious, this isn't for you. But it has all I need - clean room, comfortable bed (as far as hotel beds generally go), no other customers being loud/obnoxious, hot water in the shower, air conditioner works perfectly, and the price was reasonable. I needed nothing more than that for my stay.

The motel room was nicely decorated and very clean. I love the fact that it's a "quiet time" motel and only one story so no overhead noises. The only thing is that the bed springs were very noisy and you couldn't move in the bed without them creaking! Otherwise a very nice motel.

We are always glad to hear that our guests enjoyed staying at the Inn. And we are concerned about the condition of the bed in your unit. We depend on feedback from our guests to make improvements, and would appreciate very much if you could email or call to let us know which unit needs a new bed. Hopefully you... More

Our family and friends travel every summer to Baraboo, WI and have never considered staying anywhere else. The Willowood Inn owners are hospitable, approachable and helpful. The environment is tended to beautifully, and the willow tree creates a very lovely and romantic ambiance to the setting. All rooms are beautifully appointed with fresh towels, linens, pillows and blankets; bathrooms are... More

We chose this place for due nights because of the good reviews on Tripadvisor. The location is excellent: a short drive to Devil's Lake, and the other way, a short drive to downtown Baraboo. After calling, we chose the "Western Room #8". It is quirky with the decore, but very functional ans exceptionally clean. It is also quiet, which I... More

Definitely one of the best motels we have ever been. It is clean, quiet and cozy, nice decorated rooms. You have really good towels in the bathroom, not these cheap ones. The owner cares about all wishes, in the lobby you find all info needed for a perfect stay. Greez from Austria

Our room was cute, clean and cozy. This motel is close to a number of restaurants and only a mile or so south of Baraboo. The staff was friendly, but I thought it was kind of tacky when I was required to provide a $5 deposit when I asked for a second room key. Morning coffee and ice are available... More

We would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay at WilloWood Inn. We are not a big chain motel and like to keep things old fashioned. The use of a regular key instead of a key card is one of those ways. However with the use of regular keys comes some extra... More

I stayed here for two nights and thought it was all around very nice. The room was super clean. The grounds are very well kept and there is a nice office with coffee, movies to watch in the rooms, etc. The location is out in the country just outside of Baraboo, but there is a really cool restaurant/bar in an... We booked two nights at Willowood Inn based on reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. We were looking forward to hiking at Devils Lake State Park and relaxing for a few days and this was the perfect spot. The room was comfortable, clean and the grounds were gorgeous. The scenery around the Inn is so nice and... More

Rode up to Devil's Lake on the motorcycle and when riding into Baraboo, we saw the Inn. We didn't immediately go get a room and then we saw some 'regular' hotels. We decided to go stay at the Inn because it looked like an adventure in itself. We were very happy and surprised with the results. We were in the... More
