We stayed in the deluxe cabin in Oct 2012 during the falliage season. The location of the campground is perfect - close to Devils Lake and to Mirror Lake. The cabin was nice and clean, and there were lots of activities for kids. The store at the office provided the essential things like marshmallow, campfire tools and toys for kids.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend with another couple. We booked last minute and it was the only campground in the area that had open sites. We also knew going in that it was an extremely family friendly place. And the staff made sure to let us know that when I booked our campsite. The campground is... More

Lots of activities for children. Very nice owners. Great family campground. A heated pool, a lake with many floating climbing devices. A skate park, mini golf, minutes from baraboo, devils lake and wi Dell's. Great family orientated grounds. A pleasure to stay.

Our weekend camping trip was a headache-inducing nightmare. Someone in the management of the campground thought it would be a good idea to give air horns to the kids as prizes and the weekend was nothing but kids blowint those things off. They drove around in golf carts blowing the horns all day and half the night on Saturday. There... More

We found this campground to be perfect for our family and budget. We stayed six nights in a cabin for around $700. We had two sets of bunk beds (double on bottom), kitchen, and bathroom. There was a laundry area near the pool and playground. The pool is heated. There is plenty for the kids. Our kids are 11 and... More

This was our first year at Baraboo Hills Campground. I have to let everyone know that if you are looking to camp in Baraboo you have to check this campground out !!! Everything was always so clean and everyone was so friendly. They also had planned activities for everyone, along with mini golf, swimming pool, bouncy pillow, etc. They have... More

Our family had a reunion and decided to stay here. Everyone in our group (approx. 36 total guests) reserved about 10 cabins for at least 2, some of us stayed 3 nights. Our Cabin was one of the bigger ones with a bathroom in the unit. Nothing is furnished, so pack your own towels, mattress pads, sheets and pillows (for... More

Very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. The 11pm noise police every night was ridiculous, especially when the we had no one near us and were not being loud and obnoxious. My 3 year old said he had to go to bathroom, and she said he was to loud!!! Give me a break. No one pays to go camping... More

This poor review is directed strictly at the "security" woman who made it a point to harass our group. Camp ground is ok. I've been to better but I'm not complaining. We were there over a weekend in july and the place was packed full. My experience was less than expected due to a "security" person. I'm speaking directly to... More
