I would just like to say that I was very disappointed to hear the way. I'm assuming management speaks to employees. I was very pleased with the service. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day without complaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This Hotel has seen better days. I will say the actual rooms were decent. Though, we didn't have a hair dryer in our room. It was suppose to be part of the amenities.
