Unfortunately, this was the only motel available in the area during our stay. They need to make horror movies here as that is all it is good for. The carpets were filthy, dirty curtains,dirty windows, elevator did not work, tv remote did not work, I could go on and on, "Bates Motel" would be better then this place! more
The carpet & drapes are filthy. The bathroom tub and vent have dirt & grease caked on. The bedspread and blanket have holes & cigarette burns. No one 'cleaned' up the room on 1 of a 3 night stay. In small print, you have 20 minutes after registration to check out. DO NOT stay at this over-priced, NASTY DUMP! more
Something is wrong somewhere. First of all it is not a Best Western. Just traveling through we stopped. The lobby was not impressive at all. We got the room after traveling all day. Wow, what a dump. The rooms were WAY overpriced (about $75). I didn't know that the restaurant was closed, that the rooms had all exterior hallways, that the new owners had lost their "Best Western" status. Price was good, but you get what you pay for in the long run. Rooms were dirty, bathroom sink and tub drains were stopped up. Maids did not make the beds, just throwed the quilts back up on bed, not even straight. Did not change sheets. Required payment on credit card up front for two nights stay.
