Our group of friends was looking for a nice place to stay, during Bridge day Weekend in West Virginia. We agrred on The Mineral Springs Motel because of the price and location. It turned out to be very clean, within walking distance to 3 restaurants, and a gas station that sold pizza, sandwhiches and had a beer cave! We stayed... More

Our motorcycle club stayed here over the weekend and where very happy with the motel! The rooms are large, clean and the whole facility feels like it's well cared for by it's owners and mgt. There are 2 diners, a restaurant and a Subway within walking distance. There is also a new GoMart just a few blocks away where you... More

I really enjoyed it. Very Pleased. This is a perfect Motel for its location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and roomy. Within walking distance you have river access, large public pool, and great places to eat. This is a very relaxing hideaway. A great place to disconnect yourself from the fast paced world we live in day in and... More

The room was very large and clean with good beds. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel sets by the Elk River, so the view is very relaxing and quiet. A very good restaurant next door, so the overall experience was very good.

I arrived just before it rained real bad and I was on a motorbike so the motel was a welcome sight as there is not much around for miles. It is one story, two sided with a large parking/turning area out front. It has a big grassed area which would be good for a bar b q. The check in... More

We planned this trip months in advance and my sister in law booked 2 rooms to coincide with the wood Choppers Festival. We stayed at this motel the previous year and was making it an annual event. Check in is supposed to be 2pm... so, we went to check into our room and was told that my brother & sister... More

We tried to look at a room before booking and the guy in the office jumped down our throats so we just left. BEWARE!

Traveling the backroads looking for the best fishing spots in West Virginia. This motel sets on the Elk River, West Virginia's premier trout stream was great. The rooms were well kept, clean, and spacious. The manager and his staff were very accomodating making sure our stay was great. Really great visit. Nice, comfortable room with all amenities including wireless internet. Really surprised me to be able to use my laptop while visiting in the hills of West Virginia. The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and large, and service was great. Highly recommended for visits to friends and families and quiet get-a-ways.
