This is a great little bed and breakfast, serving delivious breakfasts. The hosts are very accommodating and its location is central to the small downtown of Shepherdstown where there are a number of good restaurants. It is close by to the Antietam (Sharpsburg) battlefield.

We found the Thomas Shepherd Inn to be the perfect getaway weekend. The atmosphere is comfortable and homey, and the owners do a great job of attending to the needs of the guests. The food was exceptional-fresh ingredients, great baked goods--we enjoyed every bite. We will be back!
