We stayed here the 1st weekend in October and it was absolutely magnificent. The architecture of the house is beautiful, the rooms are ornate, the breakfasts are wonderful and Kay is a marvelous hostess. I would highly recommend staying here over a drab hotel. We will definitely be back if we visit Petersburg again!!!

We stayed 5 nights in the Carriage House studio apartment, and it was great. We have 5 kids, with 9 month old triplets! Kay was very accommodating, and even installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs prior to our arrival! I definitely recommend, and we will stay here again on future visits!

My husband and I stayed at the Judy House to visit Seneca Rocks and Smoke Hole Caverns. We usually stay in Davis but it was sold out. Kay received and confirmed the reservation in a timely manner. She also confirmed our arrival time. Kay was hospitable and cooked an excellent breakfast. She gave us a history of the house. The... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Judy House on a trip to visit Monongahela National Forest and Dolly Sods. Being pretty outdoorsy, normally we'd camp, but since the forecast called for rain, and we wanted to be a little more indulgent, we chose to stay here for two nights. I am so glad we did! Kay is so nice and... More

My wife, her parents, my parents, and I had a wonderful stay at the Judy House! We felt welcomed and had a wonderful stay. Mrs Kay, the proprietor, had snacks in every room as well coffee and teas in the dining room. We had a delicious breakfast everyday as well. I got married last June and wanted to bring my... More

We just spent a lovely long weekend at the Judy House. The house has been lovingly restored and maintained. Everything was pristinely clean and tastefully decorated. Kay is elegant, charming, informative, and a great cook. The breakfasts are plentiful, varied and attractively served. She was very accommodating to our needs during our stay and anticipated our requests with ready solutions.... More

So much love and hospitality at the Judy House B&B. Driving from Manhattan to Snow Show for a ski weekend with family, my boyfriend popped the question of marriage during this romantic, beautiful, wintry drive. On our way we encountered snowy mountain roads which would not allow our front wheel drive city car to make it through West Virginia's country... More

Our family just stayed at the Judy House. Although we have family nearby, our attendance at a surprise anniversary celebration necessitated an overnight stay somewhere other than our relatives' homes. This house was the perfect choice. The home is loaded with charm, it is impeccably clean, and Kay's hospitality is fantastic. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this property. We... More

This was my first Bed and Breakfast experience and it'll be hard to top! Kay (the Inn keeper) thought of everything. She's full of info on what to do in the area and her hospitality is top knotch. The breakfast was incredible, and Kay even let us stay on Sunday to watch a football game because there's not many places... More

Had a wonderful one-night stay at the Judy House B&B in Petersburg, WV. It is a charming old Victorian that has been well restored. On the main floor, there are lots of little nooks and crannies to make yourself comfortable to curl up with a good book and there are lots of treats from beverages to a candy jar to... More
