My family stays at this hotel several times a year. It is convenient when visiting relatives and one of the more reasonable rates in the area, and has been since it was a Super 8 a few years ago. Room smells like cigarette smoke. Walls are paper thin, you can hear TV and conversation in adjoining rooms. The front desk would not answer the phone. Not enough towels in room, no drinking glasses. The hotel was very dirty and the breakfast bar was a bunch of frozen food you had to heat in the microwave. The rooms are overpriced... more

The New River Inn was an excellent place to stay! It compares to any Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Inn I have stayed in. It is right across the highway from USA Rafting so it took us all of 3 minutes to get to the outpost! The room was spacious with a mini frig and microwave in it and there... more
