I don't stay at Ramada's because they are generally run down and in need of renovation. This property was no different.

The shower had extremely low water pressure. Water temperature fluctuated hot to cold. Was told maintenance off on weekend. Was not offered different room.

This was the dirtiest most run down hotel I have ever stayed at. No towels were in the room - hotel room wasn't ready upon arrival. Hallway smelled like sewage. Furniture in room broken and 90 years old. Elevators don't work and are not inspected. Wine glasses at bar dirty. Staff unfriendly.

There is no-smoking in the place, but... the room smelled like an ash tray. One of two elevators was not working. Exercise equipment not working. Though the pillows were great, only 3 available (no more at desk); king pillow had standard case. Heard some rooms had no pillows. Shower water temp fluctuated hot cold (but the place was booked an... More

Upon driving up to this hotel, it looked rather impressive with its huge columns. Once inside the lobby, it was if I was in another world, one from 20 years ago. You could tell that the hotel was once quite something, especially for this region. The hotel was ancient and only one of two worked properly. When I got to... More

A very good Hotel in Morgantown, WV. I have stayed at several other hotels in the area. This hotel was very good. It is not a romantic getaway location but by appearances of the hotel you can determine that. It is very good for an overnight stay. Reception staff were very helpful, quick to complete check in. A storm was... More

I'm a little disappointed in preventive maintenance. I used to be a Building Manager for the Federal Government. It's difficult for me to turn off what I've been trained to do. Beds have lots dust under them, only one elevator has been operable for the last 4 - 6 weeks. I have been visiting this location every two weeks since... More
