Stayed here 1 night during 2009 WVU Fall Family Weekend. This was our third trip to Morgantown and as far as hotels go, I'd rate this is a distant 3rd behind our other stays (Residence Inn and Holiday Inn Express). Distant 3rd! As we were checking in late and leaving early, I didn't expect much and I wasn't disappointed. As... more

We stayed ONE night (from hell) at this nightmarish hotel when we moved our son to WVU for his freshman year. The kicker is that we are Choice Priveleges Members and discovered that there aren't really any priveleges for members. Our room was damp and smelled of former pets. It was worn and ragged. There weren't enough pillows and the... more

Just an awful hotel. Went down to WVU for a football game and booked our trip a little later than usual so we didn't have a choice as to where we stayed. The 'quality' inn was the only place available, but quality isn't something this hotel is. It was horrible. It's just off the road behind a jiffy lube! The... more

My family and I just spent two nights at this establishment over the weekend. The night desk clerk was very courteous and helpful. But there were several things beyond her control. The bed sheet was stained and never changed while we were there. The ice machine in our building was inoperable, mainly due to the cut water line and there... more

I was extremely disappointed in the Quality Inn. We had guaranteed reservations for two rooms, but when we arrived we were told that due to construction the heat wasn't working in most of the buildings and no rooms were available. I understand that these things happen and are beyond the hotel's control, but we expected the Quality Inn to honor... more

We stayed at Quality Inn in Morgantown over family weekend for WVU. The people working there are terrific. Check in was very smooth and pleasant (included coffee & homemade cookies). The rooms are a bit tired but clean. The few maintenance issues we had were handled quickly and pleasantly. We had to insist that the maintenance man accept a tip... more

Beware of the Quality Inn in Morgantown. There are many negative remarks on the internet about this hotel and we also had a bad experience. We stayed there for graduation and they double billed my credit card. I’ve been trying for six weeks via e-mails and phone calls to get this corrected. The manager refuses to even contact us and... more

We stayed at the the Quality Inn in Morgantown for one night (thank goodness) last week on our way back from Hilton Head. What a dump. Firstly, the place looked deserted when we pulled in with the coupon from the roomsavers magazine. We were told they were pretty much full. Huh! I said, "You don't look very full to me."... more
