Rates were good, indoor pool was very cold. Decent restaurant and pub on premisis, room clean and large. Good value overall. Staff was nice and gave us a ground floor room when we arrived. We had a pool view room. more

This hotel was just as awful as the reviewer hatterasman said it was. We stayed there as part of a wedding party, The bride and groom obviously did not fully investigate the property. Believe these bad reviews. This place is a DUMP (broken doors, almost no security, ripped carpets, make-shift repairs all over the place, etc.). The room was actually okay, but the hotel looked like it hadn't been worked on (properly or otherwise) in decades. People walked in and out of ground-floor WINDOWS partying and there were, evidently, many local workers staying... more

Hotel is old and could use some fixing up. Room very clean and front desk clerk very nice. Walkways needed a broom and there are not enough vending machines. Pool area needs air conditioning and some decorating. Decor ok but could use lightened up. For the price it was fine. more

The customer service of the front desk manager was horrible and insulting. The hot tub in pool area was filthy dirty. Rooms smelled musty but clean. I was threatened by front desk manager. Will never go there again or recommend any Quaility Inn more

Driving back to Upstate NY from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley / Blue Ridge Mountains, my wife and I spent a night here. We paid only $65, so we weren't expecting a lot. And sure enough, while it was fine for a cheap place to crash for the night, this weird, slightly spooky hotel doesn't live up to Quality Inn standards.... more
