OK place not the cleanest place I've been there been to but it was okay. WiFi only worked in the restaurant. Cell phone service Verizon anyway is nonexistent. Staff seemed friendly and gave us rags to clean motorcycles overall good place.

WARNING! The sign says wifi. Know they have wifi, but you have to go to the restaurant or to a small room behind the front desk. There is no cell phone service. I have told friends if you want to hide, this is the place to do it. You want to disconnect, this is the place to do it. There... More

The Marlinton motor lodge was not very clean. Sheets on one bed not changed and bathroom very dirty. A used coffee filter was in the coffee machine. One of our rooms had a huge stain on the carpet. However, the desk clerk was nice and friendly.

I loved everything about the visit, the hospitality was great and the rooms were a lot bigger than expected. The whole scenic drive was a wonderful experience. Another thing that was nice was there was someone still attending the lobby after midnight, makes it very convenient. I will definitely stay again!!

You will need to go north pass the town of Marlinton but its right on US 219. Older small town motel but room was a nice size & clean. Liked being able to park right outside your room. If you want to watch tv to just catch the weather, better bring a magnify glass as the tv screen is tiny!... More

An older hotel along US 219 North of Marlinton. Rooms open to the outside. You can park right in front of your room. Older furnishings are showing their age, but the room was clean. Onsite restaurant had great food at very reasonable prices. Love the biscuits. The friendly staff is very helpful.

Large rooms, very good service, clean and good food. Loved this place just a nice home town Motel. Like taking a step back in time. This Motel is not fancy, but you are in the mountains of W. Va. for a reason get outside and enjoy God's natural gifts.

This motel is set a couple of miles outside Marlinton. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation is spacious and clean and easy accessible. There is a restaurant on site, which serves very good food at reasonable prices in the evening and was served with a smile. We spent a very pleasant couple of nights here, and would... More

It's like stepping in to a time machine with the dated fridge and television. The rooms are large, comfortable, and parking is roomside. Snow shovels are provided. Parking lot wasn't well kept with recent snow. There is no microwave in the room, seems to be standard around here. Military discounted room was 70 dollars for Weekday. Weekend was 80. That... More

My wife and I stayed at the Inn three days before the Columbus holiday weekend and it was fantastic! I travel a lot for my job and usually stay in the standard chains, I'm falling back in love with motor inns for my personal time in the outdoors. The Marlinton Motor Inn is great for a step back to comfortable... More
