service varies from place to place based on owner/manager. and we don't revisit places that do not meet what we believe they should. example friendliness,appearance,helpfulness,condition of room,operation of equipment, to name a few. at are recent stay the day deck person had no smile ar friendly hello or any greeting

i liked staying at microtel.the only thing i wish is that they had coffee pots in the room. it nice to be able to have a cup when i want.
