The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The check in process was very efficient and quick. I would stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area. The location was very convenient to several places to eat and to shop. It was a great half way stop on our way back home from Niagara Falls.

Decent room, but rather pricey when it does not include breakfast. The dish tv is horrible. Some network stations were blanked out sporadically. The remote ( and it's replacement ) did not function properly. We would nit stay here again -- we have better luck at the sister Hampton Inns.

Nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows are super nice. The room was clean. Breakfast bar and made to order breakfast in the morning is very good. Close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the interstate.

Friendly and fun staff which is nice to have on an extended stay. Convenient bar/restaurant in the lobby. Large rooms. Located amongst many restaurants and stores. Delicious free cookies in the lobby.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and the resturant was great. The heating/cooling system was extremely quiet which is a big concern for me to get a good nights sleep. The fitness faciltiy was great and the Wifi was easy to connect to from my room. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there in the future.
