I have stayed here now three nights and this is a good hotel that is convenient to downtown Charleston. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Room was clean and typical of this chain. Not bad for the price. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the room was clean. But one could probably do better. The room was sort of dreary. Although it didn't bother me because the heating fan drowned it out, I did notice some moderate traffic noise. more
