This hotel was very disappointing, from the moment I pulled up to leaving.. the elevator and room smelled, the pet floor is on the 8 th floor which is silly, it was noisy with people late at night and a dog.. the hotel staff were not friendly and the phone in my room didn't work.. overall not a great place... Decor in common areas and elevator needs updating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Business center inadequate. Was told that their computer didn't work well because their IT person had died.

Old hotel in downtown area. Overall hotel convenient and doable, but room needed cleaning. Big spots on wall- maybe food stains. Lamps had cutout style base and big dust catchers. Window cracked and sill filthy. Cast iron tub had cracks and rust. Carpet 'looked' clean but heard dog in next room. Wondered how they clean rooms after animals have stayed... More

The Hotel clerks (Kelly & Jessie) were SO VERY friendly, as if we'd known them for years, & recommended places to eat (SOHO'S was excellent) & where to get gas. The morning breakfast was by far the very best in taste & selection. The king-size bed was SO comfortable. The room was so quiet--much better than beside an interstate (this... More

Stayed on Friday and Saturday night during the State basketball tournament. Room was very clean and a most comfortable bed. The only negative was the noisy and foul mouthed young men in the room next door. I did notify security but it was 3am before they completely settled down, Saturday night was quiet and wonderful. Great breakfast each morning.

My stay at Best Western was fair considering it was the weekend of the basketball tournament - it was most certainly crowded. I didn't have any problems until Saturday morning when I had spent my night working at the hospital I came back to find there weren't any open parking spaces in their VERY LIMITED parking lot. I asked the... More

We stayed there on a Friday night after finding the entrance behind what may have been the original one. The property is somewhat barren outside the room. The room was comfortable at a minimum level, with a few minor problems. However, the desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bottom line, a little more cost than I would expect for a... More

This hotel is strange. I'm guessing it used to be a somewhat high end hotel affiliated with a higher end brand. But now its been demoted to a Best Western. The building has not been well maintained by the current ownership. For example the windows all had cracked seals and were fogged up (so I couldn't see out). The hallways... More

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ample and had plenty of tables. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the windows are single pained and we could here the post office trucks across the street going on and out early in the morning. We stayed on the 5th floor.... More

Quite hotel within easy walk to downtown restaurants. Pleasant staff with easy check-in and check-out. I found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable enough. Plenty of cable channels to choose from and the TV. A complimentary Hot breakfast comes with your stay. I will be a repeat customer.
