Upon arriving at room in the Red Roof Inn in Kanawha City, WV, we noticed that one bed was turned down, but not the other. Considering this only an oversight, further inspection revealed that both beds were poorly made up. I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn in Kanawha City. Getting in to the hotel parking lot is somewhat of a pain, but it's all gravy after that. Having literally walked in off the street, I was given a "business king" that cost me, including my AAA discount, $46. Pretty clean, although eerie old dust in bedframe. No sound on some TV channels, staff said recurring problem. Booked king bed, but received double queen. Staff blamed online registration, shrugged shoulders, although gave discount. Situated in unpleasant area almost under the interstate. Other than that it is the normal, decent, budget price Red Roof quality. more
