I hate to give a bad review, but based on my stay I had one minor issue and one major issue that results in a 2 star rating.

I have stayed a this location several times in the last few months. The hotel has been refurbished and has improved significantly. The location is fair, walking distance with a little sweat to a lot of good locations. Ask for a room opposite the highway because the road noise is a bit too intrusive. Overall, a good value.
