Cabin was fairly clean. Campers staying at other cabins near and the RV sites were very loud and disruptive after hours. The bathhouse at Beaver Creek is horrid. We drove to a different comfort station inside the campground to take our showers.

The downside was the Rv sites were very small. also you need to rent golf carts or drive to the pool, play parks, and camp store. Plus-side is Big Bear Lake Campground in WV was a very beautiful setting in the forest. And the hard core mountain biking trails made it worth out while.
