This quaint little motel nestled in the Appalachian mountains is a cheap option. Close to the only fast food in miles of mountain road and just an hours drive from several state and national parks like the new river gorge bridge, this inn has a perfect location for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. With outdated furniture and slightly clogged... More

We got a deal on the rooms we paid for, but it wasn't enough of a deal to make up for the large, dead bugs on the floor, not working A/C, smell of stale smoke ("non-smoking" hahaha) lack of towel rack, old, creaky mattress, general grime, total lack of amenities, brown water from the leaky bathtub faucet, and sketchy area... I really loved staying here. My family trip was worth staying here. The cleanliness of my room was really nice. The view had my heart and it was snowing while I was there so that's a plus. My little kids loved the attractions nearby. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

I loved staying in this hotel. The view from my room was just incredible. The cleanliness was really good. I'm glad I chose to stay here with my family. And I will definitely choose to come here next time. My kids loved the attractions nearby.

The rooms are cleaner than the last time we stayed here, and the upgrades were wonderful. They could work on the breakfast a little bit more. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would come here again.

Got to our room and found RAT traps in the corners and in the closet. Ceiling and roof had been leaking and roof looked as if it was ready to cave in. Management refused to give us any of our money back. DO NOT STAY HERE It is like a TOXIC DUMP

This was the most horrible place i have ever seen. They advertise clean rooms.....not a chance! Old toothpaste on towels, stiff gross stuff on pillowcases, pillows falling apart and filthy, hasnt been vacumned in weeks, carpet turned our socks black, roaches crawling on walls, smells like mold and garbage, bathroom to scarey to use, scarey drunk people walking around outside of... The hotel had the nastiest bathroom I had ever been in in my life, will never stay there again and would rather stay in a tent.

I have stayed in some dumps before but this takes the cake. It smelled horrible, had to use vice grips for the hot water handle in the shower, duct tape holding up the base board molding. Garbage outside for a couple days. Classic.
