The room was filthy, there was NO HOT WATER, the "staff" was ignorant and rude...how can you clean rooms WITH NO HOT WATER? I'd rather sleep in the gutter than lay down in that refuse heap...STAY FAR AWAY...we booked this room because it was cheap...well, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...the "manager" has the personality of a rabid wolverine...he cursed... The coffee pot was broken, the door was hard to open, and it didn't lock very securely. The tub area was not the cleanest, either.

We stopped here out of desperation. We had been driving for 9 hours and needed a place to sleep that wasn't overpriced. This was cheap, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The room was dirty, mold throughout the bathroom and smelly. I checked the mattresses for bed bugs, but didn't find any. Once the bar, located a... More

We had reservations in a nice place outside Charleston and a storm knocked out power to a wide swath of West Virginia. We finally found an available room in this dump, and they took advantage of our situation at 12:30 in the morning charging us over $90 for a room. The ceiling and walls had plaster peeling and falling off.... More

The other reviews are correct about the condition of this motel. It looks like a first-class dump, barely maintained. In fact, the room beside mine had the windows boarded over. Despite the outward appearances, the room was surprisingly clean- maybe I lucked out and got a room without the mold, smells, or other problems. No pests either. It had all... More

I live nearby, but recently had a need to stay in a hotel while my house had some flooring and painting done into the late evening. It was either go to a hotel for one night or let the workmen leave so I could go to bed with the work left undone. This place was nothing short of disgusting. The... More

Where do I begin? This motel was filthy...the bathroom floor had scum around the edges. The cheap and ugly lampshade was torn and hanging crookedly. Lighting was so dim in the bathroom we could hardly see. This place is old and has not been refurbished in years. Paint chipping inside and out. Front lobby shabby and dirty...no personality from the... More

When I pulled in the lot I turned around and went to the other hotels to see if I could find another room but had no luck, so I had no other choice but to go bck. When I opened up my room I felt sick.. It was so dirty, and smelled. There was stains on everything, holes in the... More

Double Charged my account, didn't give us the rooms we reserved. When I called to inquire they screamed at me, lied about me to their customer service. Stay was terrible.
