This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in my life! The outside is very rundown and outdated. The room was dirty and had mini pillows and it smelled very horrible and so did the halls. The room had cob webs all over and was also outdated from about the 60's. You must avoid the restuarant no matter... more

I absolutley love this hotel! The staff is very friendly and do everything to make sure that your stay is just like your "home away from home". The rooms are very clean and spacious and are equipped with coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, and most of all they have high speed internet free. The restaurant has great food and... more

We came to the area for a funeral, so we had to book quickly and didn't have time to do a lot of research. We ended up booking here. My husband booked over the phone by calling the motel directly. We reserved a king bed, non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were able to check in early which was nice,... more

As we pulled up to the hotel my wife said, "look, they still have the old sign" and there is no cars in the parking lot. This should have been a clue, as they still had the old carpet, and the place was musty. The desk clerk never hung up her telephone while checking us in. The room smelled like... more

In this area there arent many hotels, and the ones that are here are less than desirable. Econo, Knights and some other sleepy not so great looking hotel are just down the street, and fortunately for us we got to stay here. It is clean, quiet, plenty dog pooing areas, the rooms are spacious and smell very clean. I would... more

This property is in an excellent position. It really is a good looking property - from the outside...When we got to our room (just over $100 for one night) the smell was a little disconcerting. We were disappointed in the room itself. The rest of the property is quite nice. There is a game room and the view from the... more

They took my reservation a day in advance because I had a sudden change in plans while visiting family from South Carolina. The room was clean, TV worked, phone worked, bathroom very clean. However, it was a rainy night and I Decided not to stop along the way to get something to eat. The restaraunt is very dim and the... more

Overpriced, dirty, bad service, worse food My husband and I stayed one night here with our teen-aged son on our way home from North Carolina. We had stayed here 10 years ago and thought it would be nice to "recreate" the experience. The years have not been kind to this hotel-the gift shop is gone, the carpets were filthy (this... more

The hotel is average, but the bar is excellent. Kelsey's has a great karaoke show on Tuesday and a great comic show on Wednesdays. more
