We asked to see a room before we checked in and we're so glad we did. The room was worn out and old looking. Furnishings are out of date, carpet and bedspread looked dirty, walls were scuffed up, bathroom sink from the '50s. Just plalin unpleasant. No thanks! more

I am use to stay here from last five years.Before it was poor architectured But now its renovated .So Forget all previous reveiws. Now its Extraordinary in cheap price in town. I would preffer to stay again. more

Our family booked this as a one night stay. Everything else was booked in the area. We booked the family room and got 2 rooms attached threw the bathroom. we were traveling with my family and we tried this motel and we really love the rooms because its looks brand new property with new air condition and afforadable rate and very close to downtown berkely, we love the rooms and customer service and staff was really friendly. more

We pulled in because the motel was cheap and centrally located in Berkeley Springs. It was disgusting. All the rooms (we tried 2) REAKED of 30 years of smoke. The furniture was dirty with cigarette burns in the floor. I dreaded sleeping there. The bathrooms were even worse and the air conditioner barely worked. This should be illegal. more

While the motel is tired and a bit run down, the staff are friendly and the price cannot be beat ($55 weekend night). We stayed here two nights in June as it was a pet friendly motel and was located within walking distance of all of the Berkeley Springs attractions. more
