very clean room, pleasant staff. close to all the important sites. don't believe all the bad revues, it's true you get what you pay for. all you need when traveling is a safe, clean place to sleep;;; this works well for that........

Although the owner was friendly, he seemed unorganized. We were checked into one room, but then moved to another because he gave us wrong room. I was happy because the room was filthy and thought maybe they had not cleaned it. Nope, wrong! New room just as bad!!! Food crumbs on carpets, cobwebs in bathroom. I had to clean the... More

Desperate for a room late night, my family stopped here as it was the only place for 50 miles w a vacancy. This place is for hard core drug addicts and prostitutes only. Filthy room, stinky beds and sheets, rude owner. This is a slum. They have a no refund policy so guests have no choice but to sleep in... More

I stayed at motel and the staff was very friend. The motel is located at the right place. The rooms are clean and you get what you pay for it. The people who owned the motel tried to help me as much as they could.

We spent a weekend to see the fall colors. The location is in town and that made it convenient to walk to restaurants, shops etc. The owner is a very friendly guy and he runs the place with his family. The rooms were clean but jaded and that was fine with us for the price. They have larer rooms for... More

Let me start by saying that I chose to stay at this motel based on Trip Advisor reviews. I am sooooo sorry that I did. Let me count the ways this motel was awful-I arrive and the nice desk person can not find a magnetic room key, Check. Walk into my room and find that there is no lamp, the... More

At the end of Route 66 on the way back east this was the last stop and after a month of travelling this rounded out the bottom 3 worst. I hate myself for saying it, but spend $10 more and increase Motel 6's share value. Not that Berkeley Springs has a lot going for it anyway (re - stay in... More

WORST. HOTEL. EVER. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Folks, spend the extra $30 or so and go somewhere that at least has a PHONE in the room. Or a CLOCK. Or more than ONE power outlet.Or that can run more than one appliance at a time. (TV, microwave and refrigerator all share ONE outlet, So if... More

I recently went to Berkeley Springs for a wedding. Because we arrived late and was rushing I made the mistake of prepaying for my room sight unseen. When I ask for my money back as I had no intention of staying, I was refused. I paid with a debit card so I'm out $65 for a room I would not... More

I've stayed at this motel two times and in the same room. The mini blinds in the bathroom were broken and I used a wash cloth to cover the opening. I felt I had adequate privacy regardless. The bathroom was very basic yet clean, towels were adequate, water pressure was very good. The bed was king sized and I slept... More
