Fairfield inn are the lesser brand of Marriott. we normally get them for 77 buck on government rate or AAA rate. for the price it normally a great deal. although I like the town place or courtyard brands much better I do not hesitate staying here. Received the best customer service! All parking spots were taken in the front and side of building. Front desk clerk said she would move her car (which was on the side of the building). All employees were very friendly. Breakfast was good -- it was kept well stocked. Would stay here again, and did....on our return trip home.

Hotel is going under many renovations. Very bright, loud colors. Desk employees were very nice. Rooms were fine but very noisy. Walls are paper thin. Hotel is undergoing rennovations, didn't affect us at all. Room was nice and clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Hotel was busy with the spring break traffic up and down I-77. Outdoor pool was still closed for the season. The breakfast in the morning was nice and provided cereal, bagels, waffles, etc. We would stay here again.

This place was going through renovations but was no excuse for the filth in the room. The barhroom was the worst. Hair, mold, filth on door handles, counters and brown particles on toilet. Can only imagine what that was. Every other hotel was booked. Don't stay here!

Renovations were still ongoing in March, but our top floor looked finished and the room was great. Not sure if it was an upgraded suite, but it looked bigger than the typical Fairfield/SpringHill layout (our room was a corner unit).
