Okay spot to stop if you are racing down the highway one direction or the other. Best thing about it a real good Mexican restaurant right across the street. Hotel is nothing special.

Kind of what you would expect from a $50/night hole in the wall hotel, The hotel is old so the rooms are small and the bathroom in basically small and cramped. The rooms appeared to be clean, but the place definitely has some wear and tear. Our room had a fridge and a safe. The breakfast was poor - donuts,... More

Stayed here for the 1st time on a motorcycle trip with brother and friend 1st week of October. Fast check in + good clean rooms. We got 1st level units ( it's 3 stories high)and had parking right outside the rooms( Good point) Only negative is the rear building is down a steep grade( makes for a healthy walk/workout? in... We had stayed at this hotel several years ago when we traveled with our dog. Back then there was a decent continental breakfast with make-your-own waffles, yogurt, fruit plus bread, cereal and what passes for bagels in that part of the country. The room was in the front of the hotel and adequate. We just stayed there again over the... More

There are two parts to the hotel, one in the front and one in the back which is down the steep driveway that another person mentioned. I've stayed here a couple times and usually stay in the front section. Clean, basic, with pretty nice staff. Easy access to I-77 and very close to Tamarack, the WV gift store/museum which is... A friend and I with our 2 dogs spent 1 night here on our way to North Carolina. I have an old dog so I requested a first floor room when I made my reservations. I think we got a good rate for a room with 2 double beds. The rooms were OK. Breakfast was ample--bagels, bread, cream cheese, cereals,... More

Didn't plan on stopping in Beckley, but I was tired of driving. Surprised it was $89/night for an Econo Lodge. Room was very basic and clean enough. The rooms are in a separate building in the back (down a steep driveway) from the front office building. Maybe all of Beckley is like this, but I thought an interstate motel room... More

Stopped here without a reservation at 11 PM on a weeknight. Hotel was almost full. All the facilities were spotless and clean. Room fresh, clean, comfortable and quiet. Obviously well-managed, friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

We decided to take a trip to beckly on the spur of the moment, not realizing there was a car show in town. The econo lodge was the only option open to us. Overall it was clean, pretty quiet, and met our needs. The service at the desk could use some work but it wasnt a deal breaker for us.... More

Our first time at an Econo Lodge. This one was very nicely decorated for Halloween. The "main course" for breakfast was donuts. They had red velvet donuts, which I had never had before. It was absolutely the best donut I have ever eaten. The hotel was clean; the staff friendly.
