“My stay”

My stay in your motel was very comfortable and clean. It was easy to get to with no trouble finding it. Enjoyed the tv and computer access. The beds were nice and comfortable. I appreciate that I can reserve a room online and still get a best rate option. Thanks for all of your hard work.

“Not bad”

Better than best western in Prosser. Room ok. Staff friendly but not very attentive. Breakfast was ok. It is your average best western. Convenient location to highway. Everything worked so no complaints.

Fantastic - our first night in America. After 15+ hour flight & a couple of hours driving could not have been happier. Front desk staff very friendly & could not have been more helpful. Enjoyed all parts of this motel so much (especially breakfast) that as we drove through to Napa Valley we only stayed in Best Western Plus motels.

“Lobby nice-rooms need updated”

We had a problem with ants in our room during our stay and also had cold showers:( the lobby, breakfast area and swim room looked updated and were nice but the halls and rooms didn't match the feel of the rest of the hotel. I was surprised we were not compensated more for the problems we experienced:(

“One night stay was all we asked for”

This is one of the Best Western chain motels. We were passing through on our way from Canada to California and wanted an inexpensive, clean, safe place to stay. “A good stay at a great rate for Buisness travel”

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel as I have stayed at 2 other hotels in Yakima and they were not good. This BW was very clean, comfortable and friendly.
