Was unhappy with how the check in was going, so I cancelled and went across the street to the Best Western Lincoln Inn - exterior, interior, and staff were all better anyway. more

Clairon Hotel & Conference Center, Yakima, WA. We arrived at this hotel eariler than expected but was given a room anyway. When we got to the room, we found furniture on the bed and stacked up over the room. It had been scrubbed and carpet cleaned and had not been put back toghether. Felt good that this room had been... more

I had a deuce of a time finding an appropriate hotel for the weekend of my class reunion. Traveling with four children and no other adult I needed a family room, with plenty of amenities, peace and quiet, and a good night's sleep. Having read the other reviews of the Clarion I was afraid to go there, but it was... more

I had requested a ground floor room, but was told upon check in that there were non available for the type of room I had reserved. Funny, the group who arrived just after us, got a ground floor room just like ours... No elevators by the way. The check in clerk was so busy yawning, she could barely talk. The... more

Someone reserved this room and I was pretty skeptical about the hotel (and being eaten up by ants) after reading the reviews. However, the room was clean (minus some stains on the carpet) everything worked as it should, and the staff was laid back and friendly. It was just fine. There was even some type of army crew there during... more

An older property that is not being maintained well. Slow service at the front desk, a very hard bed and a very worn feel to the whole place. But, the room temp was good, the water in the shower was hot, and there were no noise issues. Not the worst place to stay, but there are better options more

The room conditions were fairly normal, with all the soap and towels there. No stains, or holes anywhere. Pretty clean. But it's a different story when you step out into the halls. Both the walls and the carpet are in desperate need of cleaning. Even the ceiling had stains on it. But overall, it's just an okay place to sleep.... more

The waiter in Coffee garden "named Amber" treat customer ruff and treat them as they came and ask for donation or favor not as they came to eat in the restaurant. We were 5 people and we ask for the menu and special food in the day and she start yelling next what you want next , next , next... more

There have to be better places to stay for the money in Yakima. I stayed there with a convention group, which meant that the hotel was full, so some confusion is understandable, but, that is no excuse for really dirty carpets in both the public spaces and the rooms. The bed linens were old, thin polyester, the blanket had 2... more

I chose this hotel while in town for a graduation because it had what looked like a nice pool in the internet photo. It was, but I was so busy with other things I never ended up using it! There was a soccer tournament in town so everyone's kids were having fun there, though. Unfortunately my room was quite near... more
