“Good Hotel, Bad Area”

“3 Fire Alarms in 1 night”

I realize that a good hotel can have electrical issues, but this was too much. We were woken at midnight by a high pitched noise, not loud enough for fire alarm, we thought, called the front desk, we were told to evacuate to the parking lot. This was the greatest stay I have ever had in Yakima. The staff was incredible, and they had a vcr, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker in the room at NO EXTRA COST. The stay was fantastic...I really loved the cookies and milk served each night!!! I will stay there everytime!

As far as room decor, this was the best Holiday Inn Express we've stayed in. However, we heard the floor creak at night which surprised us for such a new motel. Breakfast was typical of a Holiday Inn Express.
