It is difficult to rate this rv park. The views of the river are wonderful. The park is clean and well- kept. The down side are the crabby owners. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor letting you park there. The cable is snowy and the wi-fi works occasionally. While we were there a big class... More

Owners are extremely rude & disrespectful over the phone and in person. They genuinely don't care about their customers & don't believe in the "customer is always right policy". Second time we've stayed here. BAD experiences both times. Trailers are packed in like sardines and although it is conveniently located close to the river, it's not worth it having to... More

This RV park has a wonderful sweep of green lawn right along the Columbia River. Take your chairs down to the little beach and watch the ocean-going ships go by. Then enjoy the swimming pool, the clean showers, and your clean, paved site. People from Vancouver, twenty miles away, come here to relax and camp; that has to be a... More

Campground owner threw me out before I could check in. Read several comments on TripAdviser and other rating sites about similar incidents with this owner. To be honest, I was not there long enough to give an accurate rating on the campground. Even if I did get to stay there I would have been very unhappy as to the way... More

The positive: Gorgeous view of the Columbia river out our motorhome windshield. Beautiful grassy area between us and the river, nice sandy beach to walk on. The bathrooms have the potential to be very nice. If everything else measured up to these things it would definitely be a 5-star. The negative: Before we booked a reservation here we checked reviews.... More

Spent four nites at this campground and very pleased. Many reviews talk about excessive rules. They do have many rules but this park is in pristine condition so maybe that is why??!! The view of the river is so derail and plenty of breeze to keep you cool. Bathrooms are immaculate but need shelving. Pool ok; only 3.5 feet deep... More

Nice park, but not too good on customer service. We made 3 reservations and told them we were all Good Sam members. When we all paid individually, thinking they would give us all the discount, they only gave it to one of us "because each person didn't ask AGAIN". When we discovered this we went to office, we were told,... More

This park is an easy three mile drive off Interstate 5 if you are looking for something quiet. A big rig will have no problems getting there and they do have some nice long 50amp full hookup campsites that will accommodate us. Sites are level gravel but only the six pull-thrus have a spit of grass between them. No trees... More

We appreciate the clean, safe, civil environment; however, the management is surely the most RULE-OBSESSED we have ever encountered: bold type, red lettering, underlines. Enough to make us feel unwelcome. We stayed only one night...afraid that we might accidentally break a rule. Nice view, many TV channels. Many extended stay residents, but all units were kept well. Some grass, no... More

We were recommended this RV park because of the gorgeous location, but warned the owner wasn't very kind. We found this to be true - she was very rude to our guests who only stopped in to say hello. It was very embarrassing for us. We would come back, but would hope to limit our interaction with the office. It... More
