We looked for a hotel down town and found them to be way overpriced. We stopped at the Cascade Inn and Lisa on the front desk was very nice.We decided to stay and paid our money and went to the room, room was nice, bit dated but it was clean.I could not get a WI-FI signal in the room.We had issues with... AKA Cascade Inn. Debated whether to rate as poor or average. This place is straight out of the 70s. Don't think anything has been changed since then. Spent one night while on a tour. Would not have chosen on our own, and was least desirable of places we stayed in two weeks. Outside of town. On river but have to... More

if you just need to sleep its very comfortable.Traveling with a group so I didn't have much of a say with reservations. If you go durring the summer, spend another $5.00 and go someplace else. The pool and hot tub are not usable as they have been shut down for not being handycap accessible. The property seems to be in... More

We only spent 2 days in Winthrop WA so we needed an affordable place to stay one night. Americas Best Value Inn (Cascade Inn) was a good choice. We slept in a double bed no smoking room. The place is older but clean. There was a microwave, a small fridge and a coffeemaker. The beds were very clean and comfortable.... More

I have stayed here a few times on motorcycle trips. It's fine for a night or two during your tour of the Cascade loop. It's clean and decently priced. The breakfast selections are minimal so if you require something more substantial I suggest you find a restaurant in town. The location is good if you want to be away from... More

The place is improving. My room was very clean and not raged in any way. At $70 for a busy weekend, I thought it was a great value. The manager took a reservation two days in advance without creditcard and had the room when I arrived.

This hotel has changed hands and is now called Cascade Inn. While the employees are very nice, the hotel is not clean. When we arrived for our stay, the employee informed us that the TVs were not working nor was the pool. They did give us a $20 credit, however, when we got to the room, the carpet was badly... More

Negatives: Son found a turd in the toilet on arriving. Housekeeping left the room door ajar after cleaning the next day. (We were gone for hours. Luckily, nothing was missing.) ONE (only 1) ice machine for all 30 units. No fridge and microwave in our room. (Son's room had them.) No elevator for second level. Positives: Clean rooms. Relatively comfortable... More

My wife and I just spent last Saturday nite at the Cascade Inn in Winthrop, jWA. I don't think it is an Americas Best Value Inn any longer as it is now not listed on Americas Best Value Inn website. However, decent and clean - not fancy. Our room for 2 people was around $ 99.00 - not that cheap... More
