Yes the park is next to the highway but we didn't notice it as we were not in spots right beside and the traffic wasn't heavy. The property is super organized and clean and the owners are very helpful. We had mechanical issues and they bent over backwards to help us get it fixed. Great area down back for your... More

Well run, well organized, helpful staff, bathroom facilities VERY good, laundry room well thought out and practical. An excellent park caught between the bridge, the highway and the train. We stayed for 3 days and toured from the park. As the available spaces in the gorge will all have highway and train noise this to expected but all 3 are... More

We appreciate the accolades for how we run our park. I wish we could get rid of the highway and train but unfortunately that's what you get in the Columbia River Gorge. On the average we have stays of three nights. That's because there is so much to do and see here. Thank you for staying with us and we... More

This is a nice little park that unfortunately like most things in the Columbia River Gorge sits between a busy highway and train tracks. If you are looking for a quiet park to sit outside your rig and relax, it’s going to be difficult here, but if you want a home base to park your rig and explore the area,... More

Clean facility and staff was very nice accommodating and helpful. Will return here again to stay and recommend to my family and friends. It's a perfect way to enjoy the Columbia River Gorge region. We watched a baby Eagle preparing to fly. A bird watchers paradise

As I lay here in my tent I hear ANOTHER train approaching!! The campground is clean and visually appealing. I think for $27 we should not have to pay for showers and we should be able to sleep for more than thirty minutes at a time. The hosts were friendly enough and the campground is well kept but because of... More

We are sorry to hear this reviewer had a sleepless night. What is really being reviewed here is the Columbia River Gorge itself. Both sides have railroads that run along the river all the way to Portland. The Oregon side has two rails and we fortunately only have one but they both run a ton of freight day and night.... More

We stayed here in a 40ft Class A motorhome for 7 nights.. This is a popular park right next to the Columbia River and is centrally located for activities in the Gorge. We enjoyed the full hook-ups, pull thru and 50amp power. It has a large dog park which is a plus! The sites are pretty close together and there... More

We stayed here because they had showers and a laundromat. They charge for their showers. After paying $50 a night, showers should be included. There are only 3 sets of washers/dryers. That is not "large" as their website claims. The place is full of creepy full timers. Don't bring your kids. And there is nothing for your kids or you... More

Yes, we have metered showers. The showers operate for 2-1/2 minutes for each quarter. Why do we have these? The short answer is simply due to the few campers who would take a 20 minute steam bath while you wait to just get cleaned up after a day in the water and sun. Metered showers help to shorten wait times,... More

I could write a full paragraph about how clean the spots were, how large the dog-run area is, or how nice it was for the manager to direct our rig into it's assigned place. BUT...if you aren't able to catch 5 minutes of sleep the entire night, move on. There were trucks (mostly logging) pulling to a stop, just before... More
