Had a horrible time and left after the 1st night. The maids came in and cleaned our room and when we got back 2 of our personal items were missing and the front office did nothing to assist us with getting our belongings back. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

From the moment we arrived we experienced exceptional service with a warm smile. If you want to be close to the beach for fishing or playing this is the spot for you. They offer all of the standard items available you would expect from a motel/hotel also free WiFi. We even got a free bag of ice! We had the... More

I have stayed at the Islander for 25 years now and highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. The view of Grays Harbor is great and the hotel is right across from the rock jetties.

This is a older hotel right at the harbor, this makes for a nice view and a pleasant stroll around the point - It also means the fishing boats may leave very early in the morning and the noise that goes with that ( they did provide ear plugs by the coffee). We found our room to be clean but... More

This place is cozy and quaint. What it lacks in modern rooms, it makes up for in killer wifi, genuine staff, prime town location with views, and a good onsite restaurant. I was one room of maybe 4 rooms filled this week. It was quiet and a welcome getaway.

Was very comfortable & clean. Housekeeping was so polite. Had our small dog & nice places to walk & potty him. View from 2nd floor was awesome. Harbor was full of boats & crabbers, fishing folks. Price was acceptable for a nice resort town. Lots of fun shops in walking distance & nice walk way to the beach. You can... More

We were there in July, riding the 101. We had a great room overlooking the doc's and fishing boats as well as the patio below. Our room was clean, spacious, windows opened with screens. There are plenty of towels and water pressure. After a long ride, the bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. It was a bit pricey for... More

The room has no air circulation so it's very stuffy. We opened the windows to get some movement but then we are subject to the stair/outside hall noise and that non-stop buoy noise. The bed wasn't bad. We brought our own pillows, thank goodness. At least they had a decent amount of pillows! The refrigerator was nice to have but... More

First off they have absolutely no air conditioning, and the room was steamy when we first checked in. Three windows that will open and only one had a screen. Room 124 has sooo much foot traffic by the window from the rv park you can't leave it open at all. The Internet was weak to say the least and the... More

The location is awesome, servers and staff are nice but the hotel and rooms just kind of look like whoever decided to do repairs/updates doesn't really give a crap. Please get rid of the red high gloss accent walls and shell pictures.. its screams I don't give a crap. Why not cater to the fishermen staying there and the history... More
