This used to be a family place. It is no longer appealing due to the caliber of the people who are hanging out on the premises. I do not feel safe. The rates have increased by about 30%, and you get less. No hand soap, no hand towels, and no housekeeping. When I asked where housekeeping was today, I was... More

We paid extra for a roll-away bed and it took all day for it to get to our room. We tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one answered. Finally I went down to the desk in person and no one was there. I spent over an hour searching an employee. The pizza guy was ready to... More

My husband and I stayed for a couple days at the hotel in Wenatchee and the best part about the whole stay was the pool. Their employees are worthless. They can't answer the phones, they can't check you in properly and their cleaning staff needs to relearn how to do their job correctly. A guest should never walk into a... More

I stayed here in December and the hotel is full every weekend. I liked the fact that there is a pool and a hot tub on property, but the pool draws parties every night of the weekend. This hotel facility needs instant updating and the owner really gets all the value out of the $99 charge while some equipment in... More

Beds are very uncomfortable -- old spring-type. TV was ancient, very small and pixelated picture, very few channels. Although the hotel is non-smoking, one of our rooms had definite residual cigarette smoke that was annoyingly noticeable. There were chips in enamel of toilet, bathtub. Tub faucet very hard to turn on. Bathroom linoleum was in poor condition and looks to... More

We ended up here on a Friday night in August when we hit town with no reservations. Room was quite clean and comfortable. Our room opened onto the pool which was not an issue at all for noise as the folks there were quiet and respectful of guests in the rooms. We crossed the street for some replenishing at the... More

Intimate but very clean, in a location adjacent to major shopping malls and some tasty restaurants but no downtown walking. Kids were quietly enjoying the oudoor hot tub in the morning. Hard boiled eggs as part of the continental breakfast.

Interesting that the first thing that comes to mind about a motel is the roll-away bed, and I didn't even sleep in it! Thank god my 11-year old has a frame like Gumby. If I'd had to sleep in it, the EMTs would have had to haul me to Central Washington Hospital on a backboard in the morning. Man, you... More

Clean older 2-storey hotel. Across the street from a Mall (Macy's and Ross) and a Shari's Restaurant (good coffee). We paid $99.00 for a double Queen room the first week in August. Last room available for the night. My Tip: If you want or need to sleep before 11 pm, avoid the rooms facing the outdoor pool. With the pool... More

I stayed here for four nights recently. I was pleased by the size, cleanliness, and amenities of the room, considering the price I was paying. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, I received bedbug bites while I was there. It didn't dawn on me what had happened until I was home, because at first the... More
