Nice update on an old hotel. The bed was comfortable, but they have tiny, half-size pillows, that were not firm enough. The carpet was old and a little more grimy than I would like. Breakfast was too crowded, and even though they had an extra room for seating, the food difficult to get to because of so many people

The cookies were excellent and the staff was very helpful. My associates and I had to leave a day early and there was no problem from the staff. The décor is a little dated but then I don't stay places for the decor

First I crawled in to the bed and felt like I was on an obstacle course, very lumpy with tiny pillows that were uncomfortable. Didn't sleep very well. Then when I got in to the shower the temperature changed on its own without even touching the dials from scalding hot to freezing cold and back again. You had to time... More

I had an excellent stay, I had my own food and needed to review some notes and paperwork for the second portion of my meeting the next day, so I was able to get that accomplished in comfort. I did appreciate the call from the front desk, checking to make sure everything was satisfactory.

spent two nights in this Motel - gives great stuff for the price - excellent hot breakfast , clean pool ( exercise room was a bit of a let down - no recumbent bike or free weights ) rooms were very clean and the wifi worked super - within walking distance from a dollar store and some eatery- was actually... The Chieftain is a very nicely remodeled and furnished hotel - it has been a mainstay of Wenatchee hotels since the 1960's. It has plenty of parking; is convenient to all kinds of downtown amenities including the Riverfront Park; and is very competitively priced. The only downside for those with disabilities is that you need to ask for a first-floor... More

The room was quite dark even with the lights on, also only one "easy chair", no couch so two could not set comfortably. The staff was very helpful, we needed to change the credit card our kids used to ours, this was accomplished without any difficulty.

The rooms were very roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a very hot day (over 100 degrees) so they had the foresight to have the AC turned on and working before our arrival. The staff was friendly and appeared to care that we were comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The price was right and I'd... More

Several problems: check in was long: the receptionist examined my French passport for at least 2 minutes and the same for my Amex card. In the room the air conditioning was blowing directly to the bed, so it can only be either a 4 person room without air conditioning or a 3 person room with air conditioning. During the night,... The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Not much to look at on the outside, it looked a bit dated, but the room was five-star quality! The room smelled fresh and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed my stay there.
