Party of 3adults +1toddler got twin doubles had a restful night. The separate vanity are one in the bathroom and the other near the entrance were a huge plus. Beds were comfy but the noise fron the hall way kinda stole from our rest. But the breakfast did make up for it.

Wanted to review this hotel that we ended up staying at with our church group. We had a great experience.. All the staff were exceptionally great... In particular Yesenia she was so friendly and really helped accomadate our big group... The hotel was kept very clean... They kept baking batches and batches of fresh baked cookies after 6pm...overall was a... More

Very nice lobby, good service however rooms are dated, worn furnishings, bath and shower dated. This in my opinion is not worthy of a 3 Star rating as compared to Coast Hotel, Holiday in Express, Springhill Suites.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from an extended vacation in Australia. The room was spacious, bed OK, Front Desk gentleman very helpful. The rooms were clean, but dated and can benefit from a refresh. I liked how we could park our car just outside our unit on the ground floor. It saved us schlepping the... More

On a Recent trip to Wenatchee my wife and I stayed at the Best Western Chieftain Inn. We found it a great value for the money. Nice rooms, great bed, wonderful staff. The rooms were a little dated, but clean. The rooms are large and have a walkout balcony i enjoyed. This pillows were a little hard, but the bed... More

We have stayed here several times and have reviewed it previously. We tend to stay elsewhere in the summer when the prices of this property go through the roof. However, in the fall, winter and spring they are very reasonable. We booked because we were arriving late on the flight from Seattle. The hotel was ready for us to check-in... More

I am particularly concerned about (1) the quality of the bed, since I have chronic back problems, and (2) temperature control, since I like to sleep in cold rooms. The Chieftain has it all, hands down, plus a hot tub and pool, and a very nice breakfast area with excellent choices. And everything is spotless! Very helpful and considerate staff.

Pleasant stay, comfortable beds, cookies at 6pm, good breakfast with hot food! outdoor hot tub. Only draw back the toilet area where the tub/shower is very small.. I do stay here often, I'm also a platinum member. Big TV with lots of channel's. Lot's of stuff close by.

The room was clean and well cared-for, although it's an older hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room smelled a little funky - I'm guessing scented cleaning supplies. The breakfast was okay but not great. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

If going to Washington state--be aware that not all travel sites; including priority membership with Best Western will communicate that there is an additional 'travelers tax'--apparently only in certain towns in Washington state and possibly only at certain times of the year. I was not a happy camper to learn that my pre-booked stay ended up costing me more than... More
