Both the desk staff and the housekeeping staff were warm, cheerful and accommodating. My 1-bed room felt too small and they changed me to a larger 2-bed room without the normal extra charge. They also allowed me to check in a bit early, and check out 90 minutes later than the normal check out time due to my work commitments.... more

Basic place to spend the night. Very clean, friendly service, free internet, ok carb breakfast. Rooms are very small, noisy to the outside and when anyone is running water, mattress ridiculously firm. You can do better in town for similar money. more

We slept well on a very firm mattress. Fridg & micro only available on the second floor after a climb up a steep stair. Not good if you have arthritis.
