We stayed for 2 nights and wished that we had planned our travels so as to spend a bit more time here. Great fires, comfortable rooms excellent breakfasts and a friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming host in Terry Lawson.

This is a lovely old Inn beautifully and tastefully restored by the caring owners. The rooms are small but comfortable and meticulously clean. Abundant towels, washcloths, even rags are provided to clean shoes and hiking equipment. Breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit (in season) from an on premises small orchard. Located near the confluence of the Twisp and Methow rivers... More

We had never been in the area, but researched lodging online. What a delightful gem we found! The Methow Valley Inn is a charming B & B - an old house that has been lovingly restored by the innkeepers. It has an interesting past history - have Terry or one of the other innkeepers share the stories! The room &... More

My car was parked in front of the inn while I was at the bakery down the street. A brand new hiking boot fell out of my car when a friend was adjusting some gear, and we didn't notice. I called the next day and the lovely people at the inn had kindly picked it up. When I offered to... More

Seven riders from our touring motorcycle club stayed for a long weekend at the Methow Valley Inn. If you're just looking for somewhere to put your head for the night, there are other venues in town. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, hospitality and history and a base for your activities in the valley, we would highly recommend this friendly... More

This charming inn in Twisp is wonderfully located in the Valley. The inn-keepers, especially Terry Larsen, are always available to assist with day trips, restaurant recommendations, and of course just "fun chatter" at breakfast. We have stayed there every year for the past 8 years.

Off the main street in Twisp, we found it on the internet, Its been refurbished a couple of years ago in its original style - residents lounge, breakfast room light and airy. Quiet and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised.

I frequenly travel through the Methow Valley, and this was my first and second visits to the Methow Valley Inn. I found it incredibly clean, uncluttered, manicured gardens, friendly proprietors, and thoughtful hospitality. Terry even grabbed my luggage before I could get it, and took it to my room upstairs! The rooms are "Scandinavian Clean" as my grandmother put it,... More

I've stayed at B&Bs all over North America, Europe, Japan and Korea. Methow Valley Inn provided hands down the best experience. Exceptionally clean. Tastefully appointed in comfortable, not kitchy, "country" furnishings and charming decor throughout. Warm, dry and quiet. Terry, your gracious, solicitous host and inn owner, takes genuine interest in his guests/innmates. The food, all prepared by Terry, is... More

We spent two wonderful nights as Terry's guests at the Methow Valley Inn and enjoyed every moment of it! If you are looking for cozy rooms, a kind and welcoming host and a delicious homemade breakfast - look no further! The inn was everything we hoped it would be and more!
