Great hotel! The hotel is a few years old, but is very well maintained. Great staff. Great amenities. The only down side is that the train tracks are right behind the hotel. We've stayed at this Courtyard twice. We love the location, not too far from the freeways which make it convenient to get to other places around Seattle. We booked through Hotwire and got a terrific rate. While the hotel is nice, I am not sure I'd pay the asking price on the Marriott website. Front desk staff is very helpful... more

Courtyard was clean and is much like other Courtyard's, however, the decor is more current and has a very nice lobby with a fireplace. Very comfortable. Staff was great. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was a little concerned because there was a big party staying on my floor and I had to get up at 3am.
