This is your typical Marriott hotel - very clean overall, rooms very comfortable and fresh smelling (not that Fabreeze coverup), and excellent customer service. Great location within walking distance to Southcenter Mall. We didn't have a car and found the airport shuttle to be easy and on time. We were impressed with the cleanliness most of all. The beds were triple sheeted. The blankets were actually pristine white comforters (enveloped in 2 sheets). We stay at this property 2-3 times a year, it never disappoints us for the price. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, breakfast is standard, good pool, small workout room stocked with current magazines, water cooler and some fruit. Stayed one night here, have never been here before. Had to catch an early flight, and the room was $101 with 7 nights parking, taxes and all included for the $101. The hotel itself looked very nice and it was well taken care of. Check in was great. The hot tub was maybe 80 degrees...very cold, and simply not usable... more

the heater fans were really noisy. Our car was stolen from the parking lot parked right next ot one of the entry doors under lights. Marriott has done nothing.
