The road up to the mansion leaves you wondering if you are in the right place, but once you arrive, it is unmistakable how great the place is. We booked the German suite. Cameo Heights Mansion is located in Touchet close to many of the wineries along route 12 which lead to the city of Walla Walla (20 miles or so away). It is about a 4 hour very scenic drive east of Portland . The rooms are themed and can be viewed on-line. They are a bit expensive for such a remote... more

We stayed in the German room. Very nice, clean, as advertised. We never did figure out how to operate the TV. Recommend they leave a manual in the room. If you're there for a romantic stay you shouldn't be watching TV anyway...... The dinner was exceptional. Overall highly recommended. We'll go back just to stay in the Spanish room. more

We booked the Greek Suite, luxurious pool level suite.
