I and my wife made reservations there for a couple of days to get away and do some fishing. We rented the bass akwards cabin and when we first opened the door ,boy we were surprised. What a small place. It was only as big as my shed at home. And to charge 75 dollars a night for that cabin... More

We have been coming here for years! We have stayed in the Baitholder, which is great for kids--it has a loft. We just started staying in the Angler. Wow! Air conditioning was a miracle in the 90 degree heat. However, who needs that when you can jump in the lake. We rented a paddle boat each day and pretended we... More

We decided to take a drive and check this place out because my husband loves to fish and it is only a couple hours from home. What a nice surprise. We decided to spend the night in one of there small cabins, I do believe it was the one named Bass Akward and it was perfect. I felt like a... More

Close to Wolfhaven, Lake is large, boat rentals, campsite has playground, basketball court and small cabin rentals, the atmosphere is family. Spacing for privacy is comfortable. The advertised bathrooms and showers were closed with only portapotties available. "Closed because of concern of freezing pipes" (high 60 degrees, no freezing worries). We and others complained, and they opened the flush toilets,... More

We went here in May for the first time and stayed at the campsite. We since have gone back several times and stayed in the cabins. Very nice cabins and very very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Get place to visit I highly recommend it.

My husband and I spent two nights in the Baitholder cabin at the end of the season. the owners were very welcoming and friendly, let us have a look around before we settled in (we hadn't made reservations). the cabin was well-equipped, with a shower and a full kitchen. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but other than that we had... More

I have never been here before and my husband had been reading on the fishing and wanted to go. So we went and it was great. Docks were nice and clean and so was the campsite. Fishing was great also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to get away with your other half or as a family. We... More

We stayed in our motorhome in a site near the playground over Kids Weekend. The resort was a blast. Traditional fun included a pudding eating contest, coins in hay, and karaoke and swimming. Made the weekend absolutely nostalgiac. The staff were fun and helpful. I was especially impressed with the clean bathrooms. We can't wait to return soon.

Wow, I haven't camped in years. This was an amazingly fun time. I went with a friend and had an absolute blast. There is fishing, boating, rental canoes, paddle boats, hiking, and very well appointed camp sites with cable! This is my kind of roughing it! This was my first time pulling a trailer and the owner guided me in... More
