This is a culdesac of small fourplexes in a lower middle class residential neighborhood. We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The place was well located in a quiet area close to the Tacoma Dome and easy access to the interstate. The suite was equipped with all the amenities that one could need. I would stay here again if I am ever in the Tacoma area again. more

if you like mice running around your room .......this is the place for you! i changed rooms and then got more mice and ants too! the room was not cleaned very well..........trash behind the tv, under the couch and urine in the toilet. more

We reserved 3 months ahead for a holiday weekend, but on arrival found a sign "closed for the weekend". The phone number posted went to a voicemail box and we never heard back from them. We were forced to find another hotel on a holiday weekend! The neighborhood around this place was run down too. more

Great place to stay as an alternative to a regular hotel room. There are separate cottages with 2 or 3 units. Everything seems new and they are immaculate and very nicely decorated.
