The room seemed to be taken care of, but the carpet needed to be replaced (beyond cleaning). The shower could not hold a constant temperature, bounced between freezing and scolding. Instead of bottles of shampoo you get a packet that are difficult to open. The free breakfast comes with a dire warning, take food to your room...get charged with trespassing.... More

My boyfriend and I booked a reservation last minute, it was cheap so it seemed fair. Upon arriving the staff was nice and friendly, the room was pleasant for the price. The next morning we went to ask for a later check out to decided if we wanted to stay, and the girl barely spoke English so she didn't completely... More

The hotel was incredibly outdated, for one. It was clearly once a Days Inn, and even lists on the GPS as a Days Inn when you look for lodging in the area. While this states it's in Tacoma, it bills as FIFE. All of the signs on the doors inside the hotel had the little sun logos for the Days... More

We found the rooms to be clean and the service we received was great. We had made several room reservations and had some cancellations along the way. When we arrived we found that the 2 rooms we reserved were mistakenly cancelled along with the others. Because of the state wrestling tournament the motel was booked but the management somehow found... More

This place is gross. The service is horrible. Motel 6 is luxury compared to this junky "hotel". I'd rather sleep in my car. There was peeling paint, wallpaper, stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, etc. The air conditioner was insanely loud. I was surprised that there was an iron and ironing board. My recommendation would be to go... More

Older hotel, 80's attire, restaurant next door out of business. 4 person stay. Stayed one night. Two beds with a couch hide a bed on third floor. The room fit all 4 people with enough room almost. 3 story with elevator at far end, interior halls and entry doors. 3 stories up and down stairs for the stay. The room... More

Stayed for two nights with large group that were touring local attractions. Good value for the money, as they gave us a good rate. Rooms were clean, although dated. Several improvements made by new mgmt. and more to come. Great location, quick access to Major Tacoma amenities. Large property, lots of parking. Quiet area, sound sleep. Will check again on... Only available room I could find. Dingy from the outside, even worse inside. Hallways reeked of smoke even with windows open and fans blowing to circulate air through the building. Once in my room, the curtains smelled of heavy smoke and the window was so dirty it looked almost like it was frosted for privacy. The shower curtain reeked of... More

This hotel had many amenities; iron, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, TV & WiFi. The room was in good condition and the bed comfortable. The location is poor without much in the way of restaurants around. The closest food seemed to be the Jack In The Box about 1/2 mile east on Pacific. Check-in staff were indifferent and I noticed they... More
